MUNICIPALITY OF EMERY
The following offices will become vacant due to the expiration of the present term or due to the resignation of office of the elective officer.
Alderman - Ward 1, two year term
Alderman - Ward 2, two year term
Alderman - Ward 3, two year term
Alderman - Ward 2, one year term
Mayor, one year term
Circulation of nominating petitions may begin on January 31, 2020 and petitions may be filed in the office of the finance officer located at 560 SD HWY 262, Emery, SD, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., central time not later than 5:00 p.m. the 28th day of February, 2020.
