Emery Rubble Site last day of the season is November 21st, 2020 from 9 am - 5 pm
The Emery Rubble Site is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays at no charge to city residents. Regular hours are Wednesdays from 3:00 pm - dusk and Saturdays from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (weather permitting). The Rubble Site is located 1/2 mile North of Emery on 7th Street.
PLEASE NOTE: THE RUBBLE SITE WILL CLOSE FOR THE SEASON ON NOVEMBER 16th, 2019.
Authorized Wastes include:
1) Concrete, brick, stonework, asphalt concrete and concrete block.
2) Clean scrap lumber, untreated wood, trees, and tree branches.
3) White goods: Refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, stoves, water heaters and other recyclable scrap metals, EXCLUDING fuel tanks.
4) Yard waste: Leaves, grass clippings and similar vegetation.
Please remember ONLY AUTHORIZED wastes will be accepted. The rubble site DOES NOT accept televisions, computers, couches, other furniture or any type of household garbage. Thank you for your cooperation in following these guidelines in order to help us keep our Rubble Site open and available to you! |
