NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING for Emery Storm Sewer Project
The City of Emery is proposing to upgrade the City's storm water infrastructure. The project involves storm sewer improvements.
The City of Emery proposes to apply for up to $2,494,000 of Clean Water State Revolving Funds at 2.125% for 30 years. The City proposes to pledge surcharge revenues to repay the loans. The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss the proposed project, the proposed financing, and the source of repayment for the loan. The public is invited to attend and comment on the project.
The public hearing will be held at Emery City Hall on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. |
