Economic DevelopmentIn recent years, Emery has expanded its Industrial Park with assistance from the City of Emery, Emery Development Corporation and the South Dakota Community Foundation. The city and the development corporation cooperated to construct a new building in the Industrial Park available for rent to prospective businesses. Soon thereafter, PMC began their manufacturing business at the new site, joining Eddy Electric, TVS Vinyl and RK Oil company in the Industrial Park.
