City Utility BillingThe City of Emery offers water, sewer and garbage utility services to its residents. Water meters are read by the city on or about the 15th of each month. Bills are then sent and are due by the 10th of the next month. Click here to complete a Utility Application.
Payments can be mailed or dropped off at the City Office or at The Security State Bank, Emery, SD. You can also sign up for automatic debit through The Security State Bank. The City of Emery also accepts payments through PayPal. A per transaction service fee will be charged by PayPal. Click on the link below at the bottom left to use PayPal. The City of Emery now accepts credit/debit card payments through PayGOV. A per transaction service fee of 3% will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
